Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to study with Clocked-Out, including people with disabilities. If anything in our app or on our website gets in your way, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help.
Our approach
We keep accessibility in mind as we build Clocked-Out, and we’re working to make the app and website easier for everyone to use. Our goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites and apps.
Two settings in the app can help today, both under Account, in Preferences:
- Appearance switches between light and dark mode.
- Visual Effects turns off the moving background effects.
Some screens come from other companies, like Google and Apple sign-in, Apple’s and Google’s purchase screens, and our website’s checkout, and we can’t always change how they work.
Get help
Email [email protected] and tell us:
- the page or screen, and what you were trying to do
- your device, and any assistive technology you use, like a screen reader
We’ll work with you to get you what you need, including giving you the information another way where we can. Your feedback also helps us decide what to improve next.
